Visa

For arranging visas participants are requested to inform the Secretary:

of their and accompanying persons' full name, date and place of birth;
passport number;
passport issue and validity; citizenship;
formal address, fax/ph. numbers of the institution, arrival/departure dates;
city of the Russian Consulate or Embassy, where the visa application is to be submitted, and itinerary inside Russia.

IT IS OBLIGATORY to send the main page of the passport (the page with a photo) in a jpeg format (or by fax). On receiving the official visa reference number from the Department of Consular Service, the Secretary will inform the participant about it. He/she should then, presenting the visa reference number, apply to the appropriate Russian Consulate or Embassy for an entry visa to Russia.
